Creator's Comments: Sorry, about this.  I got carried away with working on the story comics.

So about this comic.  Nobody I've asked this riddle to has answered it this way.  They always think that the other information is extraneous.  Don't expect me to give you a word problem that a 3rd grader could solve.

Just in case you couldn't read the answer it says, "3 hours. 2 hours to drive the distance and 1 hour to earn the money to pay for the gas (It takes even longer if you factor in taxes). I bet you thought all of that was extraneous info huh?"
