Creator's Comments: Okay, about this comic.  I hate TMZ.  I hate them with a passion.  The show is just irritating.  It's not my cup of tea; however, when I watch it I imagine that if I did love celebrities and Hollywood then I'd be done with the show after 5 minutes.  Their bullshit about making celebrities human by showing them at their worst is done in 5 minutes.  The rest of it is just asking random obscure celebrities random questions or video of them doing nothing.  Then there's always these inarticulate slap-jawed stoners whose greatest ambition in life is to get another wicked cool tattoo down their arm call millionaires losers.  It's like most of these celebrities that they call losers made more money with their greatest failure then a pap could make in a lifetime.  They tend to have a horrible opinion of celebrities because celebrities are undeservingly arrogant, but that's sort of what TMZ is.

I love how the TMZ "reporters" always end their pitch with, "So yeah."  They might as well end with "The end."  They also try to sell their pitch that's completely lame, like it's amazing.  An acceptable pitch for TMZ would be "So...yeah...like it was totally awesome...we came across the Easter Bunny and like...he was walking down the street by himself...then we asked him what he thought about the economy.  The Easter Bunny didn't say anything and left...So, yeah. *Cuts to footage of everything that was just described* TMZ staff room fakes a laugh like the end of a bad sit-com episode.  

So I picked Omar Sharif for a number of reasons.  First off I'm named after him.  Honestly I am.  Next off he has an accomplished career but he's not doing very major roles lately because he's kinda 76 years old.  He's pretty much retired.  In Hollywood they only see you as your latest work.  Omar Sharif was two of the top films of all time, but he hasn't been in a top film of all time lately.
